Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter Details

2. Competition Period

• Start Date:  4th November 2025

• End Date: 10th December 2025

Entries close at 5pm on the 10th of December 2025.

The winner will be drawn live at 6pm on 10th December 2025. 

3. How to Enter

• Purchase a gift card from Evolved Ink Pty Ltd and the purchaser will receive entries into the competition.

• $50 = 1 entry (e.g., a $100 gift card earns 2 entries).

• Entries are unlimited.

• Gift cards/Entries will only be sold during the competition period or until all entries are sold out, whichever comes first.

• Gift cards will be activated at the end of business day on 10th December 2025 and will be valid for 3 years from that date.

• Afterpay is available for gift card purchases.

4. Prizes

• The winner will have the option to choose between:

            ° $3,000 tattoo credit at Evolved Ink Pty Ltd, or

            ° A cash prize of $3,000.

• If the winner selects the tattooing option, they can re-gift the sessions to another person.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be drawn live at 6pm on 10th December 2025. 

• The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided during the purchase.

• If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, Evolved Ink reserves the right to redraw the prize.

6. Marketing and Advertising Permission

• By participating in the competition, the winner agrees to allow Evolved Ink Pty Ltd to use their name, photo, and entry details for marketing and promotional purposes.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

• Personal data provided through entries will be collected and stored for the promoter’s records and in accordance with the competition requirements.

• All personal information will be handled in accordance with privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Liability

• The competition is run as a Trade Promotion Lottery in compliance with the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission regulations.

• Evolved Ink Pty Ltd is not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the competition or use of the prizes.

9. Additional Terms

• No age limits apply for purchase of gift cards for the competition, to use gift cards or prize winnings in store you must be 18 years of age or older.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the winner’s prize option.

• Evolved Ink Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise
